1. Who we are

Antropee (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a marketing agency that operates this platform to manage client projects, campaigns, reporting, and marketing performance. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@antropee.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, company, role, and password (stored hashed) when you sign up or are invited.

Project & business data. Inquiries, proposals, projects, deliverables, reports, invoices, and messages you create or that are created on your behalf.

Connected advertising & social data. When an authorized user connects a Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or TikTok account, we access and store performance data such as ad spend, reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, follower counts, and post-level engagement metrics. We store OAuth access tokens needed to retrieve this data; tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed in the browser.

Usage data. Basic analytics (page views, device/browser type) to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: provide and operate the platform; sync and display advertising and content performance; prepare reports and proposals; communicate with you about your projects; send transactional emails; and maintain the security and integrity of the service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Meta Platform data

Where you connect a Meta account, our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We request only the permissions required to read advertising and organic content insights (e.g. ads_read, instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_insights). We use this data solely to display performance reporting to you and your account team within the platform - never to build advertising profiles or for any unrelated purpose.

5. Third-party processors

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and the advertising platforms you connect (Meta, and in future Google and TikTok). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

6. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@antropee.com. If you disconnect a connected platform, or remove our app from your Meta/Instagram account, the associated access tokens and synced insights are deleted automatically. Deletion requests received through Meta are processed via our automated data deletion endpoint, and you receive a confirmation code.

7. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage of sensitive tokens (AES-256-GCM), role-based access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact info@antropee.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
