Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Antropee platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The service
Antropee provides a platform for managing marketing projects, campaigns, proposals, reporting, invoicing, and the connection of third-party advertising and social accounts to display performance insights. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party account (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok), you authorize us to access and display data from that account on your behalf, and you confirm you have the right to grant that access. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which stops further data access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access data you’re not authorized to, no interference with the Service’s operation, and no uploading of malicious code.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Antropee. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service and provide it to you.
7. Fees
Where the Service or specific engagements are provided for a fee, the applicable charges, billing, and payment terms will be set out in your invoice or agreement with us.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antropee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data made available by third-party platforms. Performance metrics are provided for informational purposes and may differ from a platform’s own reporting.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing info@antropee.com.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
